•Put your clean rice into a mason jar, and add 2 cups of water. Seal & let it sit for an hour or so. ⁣⁣
•Stir the rice to release the starchy water, strain and then pour the liquid into a clean spray bottle. Keep the rice to cook later. ⁣⁣


HOW TO USE FOR HAIR GROWTH⁣⁣?

1)Wash hair with shampoo, then section hair into smaller sections. ⁣⁣
2)Spray each section of freshly washed hair.⁣⁣
3)Massage into scalp for 4-7 minutes. ⁣⁣
4)Let it sit on the hair for 30-40 minutes. ⁣⁣
5)Rinse & follow up with your conditioner. ⁣⁣



HOW TO USE AS A TONER?

Put a small amount of rice water on a cotton pad and gently smooth over your face and neck as a toner. You can also make a face mask with a thick sheet of tissue paper. ⁣⁣
