HOW TO MAKE RICE WATER?
•Rinse 4 tbsp of rice to get rid of impurities. I used jasmine rice but normal white rice is fine.
•Put your clean rice into a mason jar, and add 2 cups of water. Seal & let it sit for an hour or so.
•Stir the rice to release the starchy water, strain and then pour the liquid into a clean spray bottle. Keep the rice to cook later.
HOW TO USE FOR HAIR GROWTH?
1)Wash hair with shampoo, then section hair into smaller sections.
2)Spray each section of freshly washed hair.
3)Massage into scalp for 4-7 minutes.
4)Let it sit on the hair for 30-40 minutes.
5)Rinse & follow up with your conditioner.
HOW TO USE AS A TONER?
Put a small amount of rice water on a cotton pad and gently smooth over your face and neck as a toner. You can also make a face mask with a thick sheet of tissue paper.
